Package Highlights

1. Stage

   Stage backdrop set-up would be provided.

2. Area

   A minimum area of 8 ft length x 6 ft height is required for the Stage Backdrop set-up.

3. Decoration

   Customized flower decoration would be done at the stage.

4. Flower Frames

   Customized flower frames (6) and Paper flowers (20) will be decorated on the screen.

5. Cradle

   Cradle will be decorated with flowers.

6. Floor Balloons

   30 to 50 Balloons will be left on the floor.

7. Hall Decoration

   Clusters of Balloons (30) will be used for Hall decoration.

8. Entrance Door

   Entrance door will be decorated with colorful drapes.

9. Hangings

   Three flower hangings at the entrance door.

10. Welcome Board

    Welcome Board with Baby's image and flower hangings at the entrance door.

11. Name Board

    Customized name board will be installed at the stage.

12. LED Lights

    LED lights would be used for stage decoration.

13. Pillars

    Two customized pillars decorated with flowers at the stage.

   4 Balloon Stands available as optional add-on for Rs.1000.

Prerequisites

1. Hall Decoration with bunches of balloons for walls will be done as per the venue manager's consent.

2. The measurement of the venue stage must be minimum 8ft height and 10ft width.

3. Sufficient set-up time should be available.

4. 4 hours of rent service applicable.

5. Cradle must be arranged by the customer.

6. A client should hand over the cradle at least 2 hours prior to the decorator.

7. Power supply is required for the decorations to be completed on time.

8. Access to the venue (with required permission) has to be provided to ShowMyHall team by the customer to complete the decoration on time.

1. Entrance

   Drapes with three flower hangings and welcome board with Baby's image.

2. Stage

   Printed backdrop and Pillars.

3. Cradle

   Cradle decoration with flowers.

4. Hall

   Clusters of Balloons (30) to be placed in the hall at random locations
