Gerbera Running Naming Ceremony Theme Decoration

Package Highlights

1. Stage

   Stage backdrop set-up with two color drapes, flower running and paper flower hangings would be decorated.

2. Minimum Area

   A minimum area of 8ft length x 6ft height is required for the Stage Backdrop set-up.

3. Hall Decoration

   Clusters of Balloons (30) will be used for Hall decoration.

4. Entrance Welcome Board

   Welcome Board at the Entrance on the Balloon Stand.

5. Entrance Arch

   Entrance door will be decorated with colorful flowers.

6. Cradle

   Cradle will be decorated with flower bouquets.

7. Floor Balloons

   50 Balloons will be left on the floor.

8. Balloons Color

   Balloon color can be changed as per customer's preference.

9. Customized Pillars

   Customized pillars with designer drape and flower decoration would be installed at the stage.

   4 Balloon Stands available as optional add-on for Rs.1000.

Prerequisites

1. Hall Decoration with bunches of balloons for walls as per venue manager's consent.

2. Minimum area of 10 ft length x 12 ft height is required for the Stage Backdrop set-up.

3. Sufficient set-up time should be available.

4. 4 hours of rent service applicable.

5. Cradle must be arranged by the customer.

6. A client should hand over the cradle at least 2 hours prior to the decorator.

7. Power supply is required for the decorations to be completed on time.

8. Access to the venue (with required permission) has to be provided to ShowMyHall team by the customer to complete the decoration on time.

Place of Installation

1. Entrance

   Colorful flowers at entrance door and welcome board with flower hangings.

2. Stage

   Curtain backdrop, Flower Bouquets and Pillars.

3. Hall

   Cluster of Balloons to be placed in the hall at random locations.

4. Floor

   50 single Balloons on the floor.

5. Cradle

   Cradle decoration with flowers bouquets.
