Package Highlights

1. Stage

   Stage backdrop setup depends on the customer's choice.

2. Cutouts

   Trending Theme Cutouts (10) based on the Disney Princess Hybrid Theme.

3. Hall Decoration

   Clusters of Balloons (30) will be used for Hall decoration and the Entrance door.

4. Ceiling

   100 Helium Ceiling balloons will be decorated as per the venue management's approval.

5. Entrance Welcome Board

   Welcome Board at the Entrance on the Balloon Stand.

6. Balloon Arch

   Customized Balloon Arch at the stage backdrop.

7. Welcome Board

   Kid's picture will be added on the top of the Welcome Board.

8. Entrance Door

   Cluster of Balloons (10) or Entrance balloons arch will be used at the Entrance Door or wall.

9. Cake Table

   Cake table decoration with normal Balloon Bunches.

10. Floor Balloons

    60 to 80 Balloons will be left on the floor.

11. Balloons Color

    Balloon color can be changed as per customer's preference.

   4 Balloon Stands available as optional add-on for Rs.1000.

Prerequisites

1. Hall Decoration with bunches of balloons for walls as per venue manager's consent.

2. Minimum area of 10 ft length x 10 ft height is required for the Stage Backdrop set-up.

3. Sufficient set-up time should be available.

4. Cake table and cloth need to be arranged by the customer or the venue management.

5. Power supply is required for the decorations to be completed on time.

6. Access to the venue (with required permission) has to be provided to ShowMyHall team by the customer to complete the decoration on time.

Place of Installation

1. Entrance

   Welcome Board at the Entrance will be installed on the Balloon Stand.

2. Stage

   Backdrop set-up, balloon arch, balloon bunches as per the customer's preference on additional charges.

3. Hall

   Cluster of Balloons to be placed in the hall at random locations.

4. Floor

   20 single Balloons on the floor.
