Package Highlights

1. Stage

   Stage screen with designer curtain, pillars, flower hangings for backdrop.

2. Minimum Area

   A minimum area of 10 ft length x 8 ft height is required for the Stage Backdrop set-up.

3. Hall Decoration

   Flower hangings will be used for Hall decoration.

4. Entrance Decoration

   Welcome Board and decoration with drape and flower hangings at the Entrance.

5. Grand Chair

   Designer Grand chair will be placed at the stage as per the customer's preference.

6. Flowers

   Gerbera flowers, asparagus and fish leaves will be used for flower hangings.

7. Decoration

   Railing decoration & pathway decoration with drape & flower hangings (Extra charges applicable)

Complimentary Item List

1. 2 - 4 par lights for screen (Extra charges for additional par lights)

Prerequisites

1. Hall Decoration with flower hangings for walls as per venue manager's consent.

2. Minimum area of 15 ft length x 10 ft height is required for the Stage Backdrop set-up.

3. Sufficient set-up time should be available.

4. 4 hours of rent service applicable.

5. Grand chair will be provided on prior information.

6. Power supply is required for the decorations to be completed on time.

7. Access to the venue (with required permission) has to be provided to ShowMyHall team by the customer to complete the decoration on time.

Place of Installation

1. Entrance

   Welcome Board, drapes and flower hangings at the Entrance.

2. Stage

   Screen with designer drapes, customized flower hangings, pillars and grand chair at the stage.

3. Hall

   Flower hangings to be placed in the hall at random locations.

4. Floor

   Carpet available as optional add-on for Rs.1000.

5. Pathway

   Pathway and railing decoration with drapes and flower bouquets is available with extra charges.
